The Department of Nursing at Southern prepares both undergraduate and graduate nursing students to deliver humanistic, safe, and evidence-based care within a variety of healthcare environments and provides leadership to improve the quality of the healthcare delivery system.

The Nursing Building houses the Department’s High Fidelity Simulation lab, which contains 3 patient care areas, one 3G Sim Man, two Sim Men, Noelle birthing simulator, Baby Hal, and Child Hal.
